Preparing for your First Visit

Arriving on Time: If you are running late to your appointment, please be sure to notify me as soon as possible with a phone call. If you are more than 10 minutes late to your appointment we may need to reschedule you.

For Reiki - We will have you fill out a Reiki Client Form prior to getting started to get to know you and what you're wanting to work on during your session. Please dress comfortably.

For AromaTouch - I do recommend experiencing 1-3 reiki sessions prior to booking AromaTouch, this way we can see how your body responds to essential oils to ensure an optimal experience. You will be required to remove your shirt, shoes and socks.

For Yoga - Your first session will be a physical assessment of where you are at physically and mentally. Your yoga class can be held in the comfort of your own home, at a local park, a beach, or community gym space. You will need a yoga mat, towel, water bottle and an open mind. After your first session, we will work together on a plan to accomplish your goals.

For Sound Healing or Sound Bath - Sound Healing can be added on to any Reiki, AromaTouch or Yoga session for $15. It is typically sprinkled throughout your session and at the very end to enhance your experience. A sound bath is a meditative experience where participants relax and are “bathed” in the sounds and vibrations produced by various instruments like tuning forks, singing bowls, and chimes. It's a form of sound therapy designed to promote relaxation, reduce stress, and potentially enhance overall well-being. 

Payment - Cash is preferred. Cash App, Venmo, Zelle, & PayPal are also acceptable forms of payment. An advance payment, credit or debit card will be required to hold your appointment. **No Call, No Show = No Refund** I would encourage you to subscribe to my newsletter and follow me on social media for information on free events, donation based classes and volunteer opportunities.
